Hi, I have some friends who are Italian and are able to teach me enough to get by in time for my trip. But would it be useful to others to now and again place a thread with some basic phrases? Such as hello, good evening, please and thank you etc. The British are sometimes regarded as rude because some English people do us insist on speaking English. But our education system is terrible at educating us with foreign languages, unlike the rest of Europe. I personally hate to see people shouting or talking slowly to waiters and asking for "dos blanco tea-o". I find making the effort with language, customs and food is a great part of the trip. I can imagine many people may think this is not the site to ask for this phrases. But I believe you would be helping everyone from the tourist to the poor innocent waiter. Maybe a thread entitled "Useful Italian Phrases" once a week. For More Details Marketing Service Examples
